The first edition of The Alternative Pathways Guide brings together a range of alternative
pathways available after completing a law degree. Featuring the journeys of five legal
professionals, this guide highlights a powerful truth: there is no single definition of a
‘successful’ legal career. By showcasing careers that span different roles, positions and
personal motivations, the guide aims to broaden perspectives, challenge conventional
expectations, and empower students to pursue paths that align with their individual
strengths and aspirations.
